Aluminium fabrication is about light weight and corrosion resistance. We make aluminium frames, panels, enclosures and custom components for marine, commercial and equipment applications — TIG welded, precision bent and finished to a long-life standard.
Aluminium behaves differently to steel: it's softer, expands more when heated, and needs different welding technique. We know these differences and adjust our process accordingly, so the result is clean, strong aluminium welds that don't crack or distort.

Aluminium behaves differently to steel — it's softer, expands more when heated, and needs different welding technique. We TIG weld aluminium with the correct filler alloy (typically 5356 for marine applications, 4043 for general purpose), control heat input to avoid distortion, and dress welds smooth where appearance matters.
We cut aluminium sheet and plate on the fibre laser, bend on the CNC press brake, and assemble with TIG welding. Finished components can be left natural, brushed, or sent for powder coating or anodising through our trade partners. We advise on the right alloy for your application — 5052 for marine and sheet work, 6061 for structural and machined components.
Aluminium is about a third the weight of steel, naturally corrosion-resistant, and easily formed. It's the right choice when weight matters (marine, mobile equipment), when corrosion resistance is needed without painting (outdoor, washdown), or when you need a clean, modern appearance. We'll help you decide if aluminium is the right material for your project.
